If you are a Saudi citizen and wish to visit Turkey, you may be able to obtain a visa through an alternative means. A number of countries, namely Bulgaria, Egypt, Georgia, India, Jordan, Malta, Nicaragua and Ukraine offer Turkish visas through their embassies in Riyadh. If you are a Saudi citizen and want to visit Turkey, there is good news – you do not need a visa! As of March 2nd, 2019, the Turkish government has lifted all visa requirements for Saudi citizens. This means that as long as your passport is valid for at least six months after your departure from Saudi Arabia and you have enough money to support yourself during your stay (€500 per month), you can travel to Turkey without having to apply for a visa.
